1. INTRODUCTION TO RETURN TO WORK COORDINATION
This two day WorkCover registered course is designed to give new or inexperienced Return to Work Coordinators the skills to effectively manage workplace injuries. The course aims to:

• Provide an overview of the Worker's Compensation scheme
• Review the current Return to Work Program of each participant's workplace
• Provide a detailed overview of the role of a Return to Work Coordinator
• Provide information on how best to work with all parties involved in workers compensation

This course is recommended for all organisations who nominate a Return to Work Coordinator, and the following benefits are recognised:

2. ADVANCED RETURN TO WORK COORDINATION
This one day WorkCover registered course trains Return to Work Coordinators in the more advanced skills that are needed in their role. The course aims to:

• Provide strategies for conflict resolution
• Train in mediation skills
• Provide skills for handling difficult cases
• Review ways in which the Return to Work Coordinator can work with doctors and other key parties

This course is recommended for Return to Work Coordinators who are seeking advanced training in their role, and the following benefits are recognised:

1. MANUAL HANDLING TRAINING - "BACK TO BACK"
This competency based manual handling training package is designed to train workers in more effective manual handling skills. The course aims to:

• Provide a theoretical background on how the body works
• Educate participants on the reasons for aches, pains and injuries relating to manual handling
• Identify potential risks associated with duties in their workplace
• Provide a practical application of better manual handling techniques relating to their specific workplace and duties
